Purchase & Refund Policy
All sales are final after verified digital delivery. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, buyer-remorse refunds, or price adjustments. The narrow exceptions below preserve rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Effective August 23, 2026
1. Launch eligibility
Purchases are available only to adults located in the United States during the initial launch. We may decline or cancel a transaction when we cannot verify that eligibility.
2. Primary and resale pricing
The first 1,000 eligible unowned primary pixels purchased across the entire service cost $0.33 per pixel. This is one site-wide launch allocation, not 1,000 discounted pixels per customer or checkout. After the allocation is claimed, primary pixels cost $1.00 per pixel. A checkout that crosses the remaining threshold receives the $0.33 price only for the pixels still available.
When primary Checkout starts, the server briefly holds the selected coordinates so a simultaneous buyer cannot be charged for the same pixels. A completed purchase consumes them permanently; an expired or failed Checkout releases them. The canvas can show only an estimate while other buyers are active. The server fixes the exact split and subtotal before sending you to Stripe Checkout. If another buyer claims the selection first, your request fails and you can refresh the canvas.
This primary-sale pricing does not apply to a resale. A listed resale region is sold as one indivisible item at the seller’s displayed listing price.
3. Before you pay
Stripe Checkout displays the region, price, currency, applicable taxes, and total before payment. Review the coordinates, size, listing, seller, and total carefully. By submitting payment, you request immediate digital performance and acknowledge that the purchase is not an investment and has no guaranteed traffic, resale value, or duration beyond the service terms.
4. Digital delivery
A purchase is delivered when Stripe reports successful payment and our durable transaction record assigns the region to the buyer. A Checkout success page alone is not proof of delivery. Pending payments, expired checkout orders, duplicate events, and delayed webhooks are reconciled before ownership is finalized or inventory is released.
5. All sales final
After verified delivery, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, expected different traffic or financial results, failed to use the region, dislike later marketplace prices, or had content restricted for violating the applicable policies.
This rule must be disclosed clearly before payment. It does not remove non-waivable rights described below.
6. Mandatory and operational exceptions
We will correct or refund a charge only when required by applicable law or when our review confirms one of these conditions:
- you were charged more than once for the same completed purchase;
- the payment was unauthorized and the claim is supported by the card network, Stripe, or applicable law;
- we permanently failed to deliver the purchased region after receiving payment and cannot complete delivery within a reasonable cure period;
- the delivered region materially differs from the coordinates or size shown at Checkout because of our error; or
- a regulator, court, payment network, or other binding authority requires the refund.
We may first correct a delivery or billing error when that fully resolves the issue and law permits.
7. How to request an exception
Contact aidengrails@gmail.com promptly with the account email, transaction or Checkout identifier, purchase date, region, amount, and a concise description. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or unnecessary identity document. We may request limited evidence needed to investigate.
8. Refund and reversal effects
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the region may be placed on hold, unpublished, returned to the prior owner, or returned to inventory as the transaction history and applicable law require. A resale seller’s transfer may be reversed or offset, including after payout. We may retain transaction and evidence records needed for payment, tax, fraud, dispute, and legal obligations.
9. Disputes and chargebacks
This policy does not prevent a cardholder from exercising lawful billing-dispute rights. Please contact support first when practical so we can investigate. Knowingly submitting false information or disputing a valid, delivered purchase may lead to account restrictions and evidence being provided to the payment provider, without prejudging the issuer’s decision.
10. Taxes, receipts, and invoices
Applicable taxes are shown in Checkout when tax collection is enabled and legally configured. Stripe sends payment confirmation to the buyer email. When invoice creation is enabled, authenticated buyers can access the associated invoice through the service after Stripe creates it. Tax treatment and invoice availability do not change the all-sales-final rule or mandatory legal rights.
11. Contact
Purchase questions should be sent through Support. This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service and Marketplace Terms.
