Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms govern region listings and resale transactions in addition to the Terms of Service.

Effective August 23, 2026

1. Seller eligibility

You must own the listed region in our records, be at least 18, be located in the United States, remain in good standing, and complete onboarding for a U.S. Stripe Connect account. Stripe must report the required capabilities and payout eligibility. We may further limit accounts, categories, or activity based on law, sanctions, fraud, payment risk, or operational support.

2. Listing promises

By listing, you represent that you control the region, the listing is accurate, no conflicting sale or transfer exists, the content and link comply with policy, and the transaction is not intended to manipulate price, traffic, rankings, taxes, identity checks, or payment controls. Listings are offers subject to inventory locking and verified payment.

3. Price, platform fee, and proceeds

You choose the permitted listing price. A resale region is sold as one indivisible item at the seller’s displayed listing price; the platform’s promotional primary-sale per-pixel pricing does not apply. For a completed resale, the configured seller proceeds are 80% of the listing price and Aiden Guan retains a 20% platform fee. The buyer’s Checkout may separately include legally required taxes.

The 20% platform fee is not a guarantee that it covers Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, chargeback fees, taxes, reserves, support, or other costs. Those costs may be borne or recovered as these Terms, Stripe’s rules, and applicable law allow.

4. Stripe Connect and payout timing

Resales use a Stripe Connect destination charge. Payment is created on the platform and the configured seller proceeds are transferred to the connected account. Stripe controls onboarding, verification, capability status, payout scheduling, reserves, and bank delivery. A displayed balance or completed sale does not guarantee that funds have reached a bank account.

5. Sale lifecycle

A buyer may temporarily lock a listing. Ownership transfers only after verified payment and an atomic finalization in our records. Failed, abandoned, or expired Checkout does not transfer ownership. If payment succeeded but finalization was delayed, reconciliation may complete the transfer or place the transaction under review.

6. All sales final and forced reversals

The Purchase & Refund Policy applies and sales are final after verified digital delivery, subject only to its mandatory exceptions. A seller must cooperate with chargeback, fraud, duplicate-charge, non-delivery, court, regulator, and payment-network investigations. “No refunds” does not prevent a lawful dispute or a binding reversal.

7. Transfer reversals, holds, and negative balances

Because destination-charge refunds and disputes debit the platform, we may pause a transfer, reverse a transfer, debit or offset future proceeds, withhold a payout where legally permitted, or require repayment for amounts attributable to the seller’s transaction. Affected regions may be placed on review hold until ownership and funds are reconciled. Sellers remain responsible after funds reach their bank when a later reversal is valid.

8. Taxes and records

Each seller is responsible for determining and satisfying its income, sales, use, VAT, GST, information-reporting, and other tax obligations. The platform or Stripe may collect tax information, withhold amounts, issue required forms, or report transactions. You must keep account and tax information accurate and retain your own records.

9. Moderation and delisting

We may pause or remove listings and restrict transfers for content violations, ownership conflicts, legal demands, sanctions, suspicious activity, account compromise, payment risk, or unresolved reports. Delisting does not erase obligations from earlier sales. Enforcement and appeals follow the Content Policy.

10. Marketplace role and risk

We provide the technical marketplace, maintain the authoritative in-service ownership record, and process platform payments. We do not guarantee any seller, buyer, listing, price, liquidity, traffic, profit, or future resale. Except for platform-provided primary inventory, users are responsible for their listing representations and content, subject to our legal and operational duties.

11. Support

Marketplace and payout questions may be sent to aidengrails@gmail.com. Stripe may require the connected account holder to resolve identity or bank issues directly in Stripe.
